Room Rate
The room rate quoted is per night for the number of guests stated and does not include applicable taxes. There is a 12.5% tax per room, per night. Alumni and Parent Club members will receive the discount at check-in.
Deposit:
A deposit equal to the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time a reservation is booked. Guests must call the front desk to cancel more than 24 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. 513-529-6911.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations that are cancelled after 3:00 p.m. EST the day before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s stay based on the cancellation policy described above.
Room Type Preferences
Your room type preferences have been submitted with your reservation, and are subject to hotel availability. Every effort is made to accommodate your requests.
Check-In / Out
As rooms are not available for occupancy until after 3:00 p.m., we recommend afternoon arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and departure after 11:00 a.m. may be subject to a full night’s room charge.
